Rajiv Jain New Bajaj Finance MD: Bajaj Finance Managing Director Anup Kumar Saha has resigned, citing personal reasons. The company said on Monday that Saha had resigned four months after his appointment.
The non-banking financial company announced that it has appointed Rajiv Jain to the position until March 31, 2028. Jain will also continue to serve as the company’s Vice President. Before Saha, Jain was working as the Managing Director of the company.

- Saha experience: He has spent 25 years in the financial services industry, comprising 14 years in banking and 11 years in non-banking entities.

- According to the company’s website, he is also committed to financial inclusion, where he integrates technology for better access and convenience. Before joining Bajaj Finance, Anup spent 14 years at ICICI Bank.
- Rose to the position of Senior General Manager and served on the boards of ICICI Bank, HFC and TU CIBIL. He led various businesses, including Credit Cards, Mortgage, Auto Loans and Structured Finance.
He also oversaw the Construction Realty Funding, Dealer Funding, Business Intelligence and Debt Servicing groups, driving changes in loan management practices and rebuilding the secured asset businesses. He established the Business Intelligence Unit. This big change in the management of the company is expected to have an impact on the company’s shares
