National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched the new upgrade of the BHIM app, BHIM 3.0, which includes many new features to make expense management easier and improve user experience.
The new version of the popular online payment app BHIM has been launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). It has been revealed that users will get the benefit of many advanced features.

This upgrade includes many new features to improve user experience and make expense management easier. This new version will be launched in a phased manner, and everyone will start getting the latest features by April 2025.
New features of BHIM 3.0 Launched India.
BHIM 3.0 now offers users several new tools to track, analyse and manage their expenses better.
- Split Expense Feature: With the help of this feature, users can easily divide expenses among their friends and family. Whether it is a food bill, rent payment or shopping expenses, keeping track of transactions has become very easy with this feature.
- Family Mode: This new feature allows family members to stay connected on a single account, making it easier to track expenses and manage payments for the entire household.
- Spend Analytics Dashboard: This new dashboard provides users with a complete analysis of their monthly payments. Transactions are automatically classified into different categories, making it easier to plan budgets and control expenses.
- Multi-language support: BHIM 3.0 is now available in more than 15 Indian languages, making it even more accessible for people from different regions.
- Offline and low-network capability: The app can work smoothly even in areas with low internet connectivity, allowing transactions to be carried out without any interruption.
- Improved safety features: Advanced security protocols have been added to the app, making user transactions more secure. With the Action Needed Assistant feature, bills that have not been paid for a long time are reminded.

Apart from this, there is a suggestion for UPI Lite activation, and an alert is also received when the balance is low. Let us tell you, BHIM 3.0 is especially useful for merchants. A new in-app payment system called BHIM Vega has been introduced, through which merchants can accept payments directly without switching to any extra app.
Not only have new features been added to the app, but it has also been designed to work with slow and unstable internet connections. After the update, users will get new features. Now, with the app, you will be able to make payments without interruption, even if the internet speed is slow. There will be an option of 20 languages, including 15 Indian languages.

There will be a family mode in the app through which users will be able to track household expenses. Better experience for businessmen BHIM Vega – Merchants will now be able to receive payments in-app, which will reduce the hassle in online transactions. Customers can make payments directly within the app without switching to a third-party platform.
