RBI Data App Launched: Now there will be no problem in remembering different financial and economic indicators of the country. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched a new mobile application ‘RBIDATA’, where easy access to more than 11 thousand data related to the country’s economy is going to be available.
The Reserve Bank of India on Tuesday launched the mobile app ‘RBIData’. This app will provide economic and financial data related to the Indian economy intuitively and attractively.

RBI Data App Launched: RBI Said in the Statement
The mobile app RBI data will provide access to over 11,000 different series of economic data to provide a comprehensive view of the Indian economy, the RBI said in a statement. Users will be able to view ‘Time Series’ data in graphs/charts and download data for analysis.
- It will also contain data sources, units of measurement, frequency, and recently updated information. Banking service information up to 20 km.
- Additionally, the ‘Banking Outlets’ section of the app will help users find bank facilities within 20 kilometers of their location. Also, they can view data about SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries through ‘SAARC Finance’.
- The app provides easy access to the portal (https://data.rbi.org.in) for data on the Indian economy. Aim of the app.
It aims to make things accessible to researchers, students, and people. This app is available for both iOS and Android users. It can be downloaded from the Play Store. A search option is also provided in the app, with the help of which you can get useful data for your work.
RBI Data App Launched: A big decision is taken regarding UPI
RBI has now extended the credit line framework to small banks through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). UPI transactions were earlier limited to savings accounts, overdraft accounts, prepaid wallets, and credit cards. Individuals can now link pre-approved credit lines as funding accounts.
