According to media reports, travel company Cox & Kings said that it has cancelled all its bookings for Azerbaijan, Turkey and Uzbekistan. Similarly, Hari Ganapathy, co-founder of Pickyourtrail, said, “We have decided to stop all new bookings for Turkey and Azerbaijan. This is a stand against policies that conflict with India’s national interests.”

Travel Customers Want Refunds

WonderOne CEO and co-founder Govind Gaur says that he has also stopped all his new bookings. He further says, as far as pre-bookings are concerned, Indians are saying that they do not want to go there, and customers are demanding their refund. He also informed that bookings from India to Azerbaijan and Türkiye are expected to decline by more than 50%.

He further said, “Pakistan has attacked India many times, and most countries are with India. But Turkey is openly supporting Pakistan. We stand with our country, so we have decided that we will no longer allow Turkish citizens to stay in Goa.”
