Mahindra is preparing to expand its electric portfolio. After the success of the XUV 400, the company is now planning to introduce an electric version of the XUV 700. This SUV has been spotted during testing and some important features have also been revealed.
What was revealed during the testing of the Mahindra XUV700 EV?
According to reports, a new front design will be seen in the XUV 700 EV, in which a closed grille can be given. Apart from this, newly designed lights will be installed in the SUV. The side profile will be similar to the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) version, but the design of this electric version will be more attractive and modern than the existing XUV 700.
Mahindra XUV700 EV Interior
The interior of the Mahindra XUV 700 EV can also be significantly upgraded. According to reports, three big screens will be provided in its cabin spread over the entire dashboard. Additionally, this electric SUV will support ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) above Level 2, providing even more safety and convenience to the vehicle.
Mahindra XUV700 EV Charging Time
It will give a range of up to 500 kilometers on a single charge. This SUV may also have a dual-motor AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system, which will make it even more powerful. Apart from this, with the facility of fast charging, it can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 30 minutes, which will reduce the worry of charging during long journeys.

Mahindra XUV700 EV: Launch date in India
It EV may be introduced in the BHARAT MOBILITY program in January 2025. Sometime after this, sales of this electric SUV may start. Mahindra currently offers only the XUV 400 in its electric portfolio, and the arrival of the XUV 700 EV will make this portfolio even stronger.
