New RailOne App Launched 2025: If you travel by train often or are planning to travel by train shortly, then the new RailOne app is going to prove very useful for you. This app has brought together various facilities related to railways. Indian Railways has taken a new initiative, keeping in mind passenger convenience, under which the Railways has launched a new super app ‘RailOne’.

This app has been launched to provide all facilities for all passenger services on a single platform.
RailOne App Development: The RailOne app has been developed in partnership with the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) and IRCTC. It aims to free passengers from the old and scattered app system. Earlier, users had to use apps like Rail Connect, NTES, UTS, Rail Madad and Food on Track for different tasks, but now all these features will be available in a single app.
Superapp facility: All such facilities like booking IRCTC reserved, unreserved and platform tickets, tracking PNR and train status, coach position, rail help and travel feedback will be available in this app.
About the New RailOne App Launched 2025
- The focus of the RailOne app is to provide a better user experience through an easy interface.
- Users will get all railway services on a single platform through the RailOne app.
- The new RailOne app is available for download on both the Android Play Store and iOS App Store platforms.

- Users will not need separate apps for all railway services, which will reduce device storage requirements.
- R-Wallet (Railway e-Wallet) facility will also be available in the app. Users can access the account through mPIN and the biometric login option.
IRCTC says that RailOne is not just a booking tool, but it is going to work like an all-in-one travel command centre. It also includes services like auto-fill feature for Tatkal tickets, real-time train tracking, multi-payment options, travel insurance, freelancers and B2B logistics booking.
